All Long Haul Culture products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because every item is custom made, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to be produced and delivered.

Most orders arrive within this timeframe, but shipping times may vary depending on production volume, holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Long Haul Culture is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
